Consulting engineering includes:
- producing an inventory of the project and preparing a schedule by identifying all activities,
- participating in the production of specific professional bases and site plans with a selected contractor,
- producing the main files of the project (conceptual design phase),
- obtaining project conditions,
- cooperating and preparing a proposal for the selection of contractors for the preparation of project documentation,
- organising and coordinating implementing activities related to the production of all the necessary project documentation and other documentation necessary for the implementation of the project,
- cooperating and coordinating all the necessary activities in connection with all the necessary project documentation for municipal waters and systems,
- producing the main files (phase of the project design for a building permit) and obtaining approvals of project designs for a building permit,
- preparing applications and submitting applications for building permits,
- representing a client in all administrative and other procedures related to obtaining permits for the construction before competent authorities and institutions,
- cooperating on the implementation of the tender for finding a contractor to carry out construction works, finishing works, mechanical and electrical installation works, external arrangements, utility connections and other construction-related works, all in agreement with the client,
- reviewing and analysing the bids received within the implemented tender and preparing a proposal for a client to select the most favourable bidder for the execution of individual works.
