Projects in the field of spatial planning (urban and spatial planning) are prepared by a group of architects and landscape architects in conjunction with colleagues from groups for traffic, public utility infrastructure, geodesy and information systems and external collaborators: geographers, demographers, sociologists, economists, biologists, communication science experts, environmental protection specialists and other experts. Work is led by spatial planners with A, KA and P licenses.
The results of spatial planning are plans, solutions and starting points for decision-making on development by taking into account the spatial extent of development, the impact it has on the constructed, natural and social environment, as well as on the various options for implementing individual development plans. We draw up strategic spatial planning acts, individual components of these acts, implementing plans, professional bases and other proposals for conceptual solutions which, due to their nature, require an interdisciplinary approach to decision making.
In the field of urban planning, we are engaged in the following activities:

- production of municipal detailed site plans (OPPN),
- production of national site plans (DPN),
- production of urban development plans (UN),
- production of expert bases and studies in the fields of spatial planning, social activities, public infrastructure, comprehensive management of rain water, the environment,
- building experiments and conceptual designs of structures,
- production of conservation plans,
- project management,
- consulting.
