The employees of the Geodesy Department are involved in the geodetic activity, namely geodetic measurement and observations, mapping and other work and procedures required for recording data on real estate and space for the demarcation of real estate and for technical reasons. The geodesy group operates autonomously within the company and in cooperation with other groups in interdisciplinary projects from the area of spatial and urban planning.

TOPOGRAPHICAL MEASUREMENTS

• preparation of geodetic plans for the preparation of project documentation in building construction;
• preparation of geodetic plans for new land status following concluded construction;
• preparation of geodetic plans for the preparation of site plans;
• implementation of topographical measurements and reambulation of larger areas;
• acquisition of data on municipal waste waters (gas, hot water, water supply networks, sewerage system, electricity, public lighting, telephone networks) from competent organisations;
• plotting and reconciliation of acquired data on municipal waste water with topography;

LAND CADASTRE

• preparation of procedures for the creation of a detailed expert report and detailed expert reports on border arrangements;
• preparation of procedures for the creation of a detailed expert report and detailed expert reports on parcellations;
• preparation of procedures for the creation of a detailed expert report and detailed expert reports on land consolidation;
• preparation of procedures for the creation of a detailed expert report and detailed expert reports on parcel boundary arrangements;
• preparation of procedures for the creation of a detailed expert report and detailed expert reports on actual land utilisation (such procedures involve adding a plot to a land cadastre);
• preparation of procedures for the creation of a detailed expert report and detailed expert reports on natural border renewals;

CADASTRE OF BUILDINGS AND STOREY OWNERSHIP RIGHTS

• preparation of procedures for the creation of a detailed expert report and detailed expert reports for the entry of buildings or parts of buildings into the cadastre of buildings and expert detailed reports on the merger of building parts and separation of building sections;
• preparation of an act on the formation of storey ownership rights;
• preparation of contracts on mutual relationships among storey owners in multi-storey dwellings;
• preparation of the land register entry proposals for entry of storey ownership rights into the land register;

CADASTRE OF PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE

• measurements of buildings and public infrastructure networks;

GEODETIC ENGINEERING

• terrain plotting of buildings and preparation of plotting records;
• monitoring of all construction types;
• measurement of horizontal and vertical movements of buildings;
• determination of verticals;

BUILDING PLOTS

•  preparation of proposals for building plot plans which are not yet defined (according to old legislation – definition of functional land);
• preparation of building plot plans with elements for the plotting of buildings and building plots, enabling the transfer of new parcels and buildings in kind;

CONTRACTS AND LAND REGISTER ENTRY PROPOSALS

• preparation of all types of contracts and land register entry proposals;

CONSULTING AND ENGINEERING

• advice in the arrangement of all land cadastre and land register matters;
• advice regarding the purchase of real estate;
• advice and direction regarding the acquisition of construction permits.
